Conference fees for on-line participation are as follows:

Each paper must be accompanied by a full registration fee or IEEE, IES/ IAS, PEMC Council discount fee or additional paper fee in case:
- *) Special discount fee is considered for PEMC council members, conference committee members, track chairs and developing countries citizens.
- **) Attendance to welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks and gala dinner.
The second paper, free of charge, is possible for submission by all authors who submitted the first paper by September 30th, 2020 (regardless of the decision about acceptance).
Payments and cancellation Policy
Participants attending online proceed registrations and payments in regular way due announced deadlines. Registration for online participation after the final deadline (1st of April) is conditional and depends on technical possibilities. Due to short deadlines fees for online participation are non-refundable.
